BCAA AMINO+ contains 5g of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) in the optimal 2:1:1 ratio plus Taurine to help recover from exercise.
Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop with 10-14 fl. oz. of water (to meet desired taste) and shake well.
For Recovery & Endurance: Take one serving during training & exercise and one serving after training & exercise.
For Anytime Amino Boost: Take one serving between meals.
