With all the key benefits of a normal protein shake, Clear Whey is absorbed rapidly and contains just 90 calories per 25g serving. It is packed with over 21g protein, has only 1g of carbs, and has less than 0.25g of sugar & fat.

Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 400ml of ice-cold water and shake well. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
